As promised, today we are making a red, white, and blue-themed cava sangria, just in time for the 4th of July!
This recipe can be used at any time using different fruit, but today we will be focusing on a special, Happy Birthday America version!

We wanted to throw a quick update up today to give you the chance to prep for tomorrow’s recipe. We will be doing a big batch 4th of July-themed cava sangria for tomorrow’s TBT classic cocktail, and we wanted to give you the ingredients you will need ahead of time so that if you want to make it for the 4th you will be ready to go. This recipe involves soaking fruit overnight, so this is your chance to get your ingredients beforehand.
We will post the actual recipe and all of the details tomorrow, but the ingredients you will need are:
You will need all of the fruit plus the brandy and triple sec for the overnight prep.
This amount of Cava will makes enough for about 5-8 people, depending on how much everyone plans to drink, so if you are having a larger or smaller event (or you anticipate some very thirsty friends) you can adjust accordingly.
